Thanks to the good folks at the Warren Group and Boston.Com……good to see some numbers are dropping.
The real struggle is determining whether or not this was just a summer slow down…or perhaps a sign that the banks are not so quick to foreclose….or perhaps just a calm before the storm.

You hear the stories about the underemployed, the unemployable, and simply those whose jobs imply do not pay enough just to live. As utilities rise, rents climb, and luxuries such as cable TV become increasingly expensive…..Several families go without and are STILL unable to stay afloat.
