Jacob Simon, Esquire

Jacob SimonJacob Simon specializes in assisting clients in all matters related to consumer bankruptcy, from eliminating crushing debt to gradually rebuilding credit. Before joining Liss Law, he was an associate at a metro-west law firm representing mortgagees for foreclosures and foreclosure related matters. Mr. Simon was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008 and was admitted into the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts in March of 2009.

Jacob recently co-authored an article for DS News Magazine, “…Inside the Law, But Under Which Card?” about the responsibility of parties to trace and mend real estate title. He also wrote a presentation about the nationwide swell of foreclosures for the annual American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) conference. Jacob earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a semi-finalist in the school’s Moot Court Trial Competition. Jacob earned his Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia
